Availability Control System/ CMS
Since ULI has multiple properties with multiple units in each property, they needed a way to not only keep potential renters and lessees informed on what properties are available for occupancy, but also to keep ULI organized internally. Through the control system, ULI employees can log on and update units by property (all previously added to the system). The employee only need to push a button and enter a date for potential occupancy.
System also allowed for form and document uploads so site visitors could download applications and other paperwork easily.
Front-End Design
KMG used a highly decorated artist from Chile to create the design for Urban Land Interests. The goal was to show off their spectacular properties with little copy or confusion. The site design also needed to be translated into multiple subsidy sites for ULI (see capitolexecutivesuites.com).
