Overview
Reserve Assist is a software package to simplify and assist in the telephone reservations center. Since reservations information changes so frequently and printing flyers and updated handbooks is costly, collaboration software that is easily accessible and updatable is almost a necessity. KMG has studied numerous reservation call centers and noted the following:
- Caller’s typical inquiries included information on rates, hours, dining hours, directions, check-in times, cancellation policy, and specials.
- A reservation specialist is rarely at the same desk 2 days in a row. Also, each workstation is set up differently (resort information is not in the same order or sometimes not there at all)
- Even the most experienced staff had very little knowledge of the outside areas and other resort locations, comparisons were made by what they knew of the resort they worked in and surrounding area.
- Experienced Reservation Specialists feel the best way to increase conversion rate is to provide the caller with more information.
How it works
ReserveAssist runs as a "docked" program on the side of a users Windows desktop giving them access to anything (including website data) right on the desktop.
